The Venture Academy Art Festival is just around the corner, and you won't want to miss out on this fun event.
Join us on May 12th from 5 pm to 8 pm at the High school for a night filled with creativity, talent, and food!
Venture’s 2nd annual Arts Festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with an impressive lineup of activities and entertainment. Bring your wallets and your appetite; leave with some great art and a belly full of food sold by our student unions.
What do we have planned? Great question, I’d love to tell you.
One of the main highlights of the festival is the student art and pottery for sale. Whether you are looking for a new piece of art to decorate your home or office or want to support budding young artists, the art for sale booth is the perfect place to start.
What else? How about the AP Art Displays? Venture Academy's AP Art students have put in countless hours to create stunning and thought-provoking art pieces that will be on display for all to see. These works of art represent the culmination of a year’s hard work and dedication, and are a testament to the creativity and talent of our students.
In addition to the art-focused activities, the festival will also feature a talent show, where students will showcase their singing, dancing, and other performing arts skills. Get ready to be amazed by the talents of our young performers as they take the stage.
Did we mention there’s a new student created mural? NO!? Well we did now.
A group of students have been working for months with East Side Neighborhood Services to create something special for our building. It’s beautiful. The full unveiling will happen during the festival.
If all the excitement works up an appetite, be sure to stop by the student union food booths for some tasty treats.
The food will be sold as a fundraiser for the student unions, so not only will you satisfy your hunger but also support our students' various projects and initiatives.
